The Ada Language Proficiency Test is a 60 question multiple-choice test. The testing time for the Ada test is 2 hours, 45 minutes. The Ada test was designed to assess proficiency for Ada-related positions. It has frequently been used as an end-of-training examination and as a basis for evaluating and refining the programming side of the Ada training curriculum. The test was constructed by prominent Ada subject-matter experts. Test questions were reviewed and pretested at Martin Marietta, Boeing, and UCLA. The test content reflects the current technical standards established by the Department of Defense/Ada Joint Program Office.
